Tom founded Latitude 8.1 with the vision of bringing highest international standards of design, quality and reliability to the property market of South-East Asia. He carefully selected individuals from indonesia and abroad to form a company that he felt could exceed expectations and perform to perfection. Tom is an internationally renowned business consultant and attorney-at-law with over 25 years of experience in international management and a passion for design and architecture. He has worked across Europe, the Caribbean and, for the last eight years, in Singapore and Indonesia.

Tom leads Latitude 8.1 as the President Director and is responsible for the overall management and executive decisions and is involved in daily decisions and processes as well as the management of the entire Latitude Group, including Latitude 1.1 Group Pte Ltd, Singapore, of which he is the Director President. His energy, determination and management skills are the driving force behind Latitude 8.1's success.
